We delivered a new site that was cleaner and far more functional, including a flexible and scalable content authoring experience.
The new site allowed for the insertion of individualised content anywhere on a webpage, allowing regionalised content for different markets.
The new website significantly improved page loading times and other core metrics to support higher performance from digital marketing campaigns.
We created and implemented a world class search experience using Algolia, giving potential customers instant access to the growing Dubber Marketplace of partners across the globe.
The new website supports continued growth for the organisation through a world-class Human Experience (HX) optimising conversions of new leads from potential business & service provider customers, and also resellers.
The world-class content authoring experience, powered by Contentful, provided the Dubber Digital Marketing team unprecedented flexibility to respond quickly to the changing needs of the business and take advantage of opportunities in their global markets.

How we did it
Apolinar started with Dubber at the beginning, partnering with the business to enhance their human experience by:
Facilitated a 5-day Co-Design Sprint to align stakeholders, confirm the business objectives, reimagine the Human Experience for Dubber's customers and partners, and build a prototype in a day.
Helped Dubber design and test the information architecture.
Built the new site on a technology platform that would allow for Dubber’s business evolution over time and provide high levels of technical flexibility.
Integrated with Pardot and Salesforce.
Migrated Dubber’s reseller portal to the enterprise single sign-on solution (no more separate user and password from the main Dubber product).
Created support for foreground and background animations.
Implemented a singular technical platform that is flexible, powerful, and can be easily iterated in future.
