Webinar: The Human Experience (HX) of Digital & Innovation

5 minute read

The Human Experience (HX) of digital and innovation is critical for all organisations. This is looking broader than just your customers but to all the humans involved in creating and supporting innovation and digital experiences in large organisations. Real digital transformation starts in a room with your own people and products. Not by buying someone else’s, off-the-shelf.

Digital and innovation initiatives are challenging and intense. This interview with multiple digital leaders will allow for a retrospective style approach to examining what we should start, stop and continue doing.

This event was an opportunity to hear from a panel of seasoned leaders and learn from their experiences to apply to your own leadership.

Facilitated by Jon Beattie, Chief Digital Officer at Apolinar and author of the HX Handbook.
